Terms of Use

Effective 24 July 2026

These terms apply to the Spaces app for iOS ("Spaces", "the app"). By downloading or using Spaces, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The service

Spaces is a photo organization app. It displays and organizes the photo library on your device and lets you attach notes, checklists, links, and tags, synced through your personal iCloud account. Spaces requires a paid plan to use.

Subscriptions & purchases

Your content

Your photos, notes, checklists, links, and tags are yours. Spaces claims no ownership of anything you create or store. Your content stays on your device and in your personal iCloud. See the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the content you save and for complying with applicable laws when saving links or material from other services.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or interfere with the app or its purchase mechanisms, and don't use it for anything unlawful.

Third-party services

Links you save point to third-party services (for example YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok). Those services have their own terms, and Spaces is not responsible for their content or availability.

Disclaimer & liability

Spaces is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, or losses arising from third-party services (including iCloud). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continuing to use Spaces after a change means you accept the updated terms.
