Your photos

Spaces displays photos directly from your device's photo library using Apple's PhotoKit. Photos are referenced in place: never copied, never uploaded, and never transmitted anywhere by Spaces. Organizing photos into spaces creates standard albums inside your own photo library.

Notes, checklists, links, and tags

Content you create in Spaces is stored in a private database on your device. If you are signed into iCloud, that database syncs between your devices through Apple's CloudKit, inside your personal, private iCloud account. This data is never sent to us. We have no servers and no ability to read it. Apple's privacy policy governs iCloud storage.

Link previews

When you save a link, Spaces fetches that page's public title and preview image directly from the website (or from YouTube's public thumbnail service), the same way a browser would. This request goes from your device to the website; no intermediary is involved. The preview is cached on your device.

Purchases

Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple. To validate purchases, Spaces uses RevenueCat, which receives purchase receipt information and a random anonymous identifier, never your name, email, photos, or content. We do not collect or store payment details.

What we don't do

• No accounts, sign-ups, or profiles.
• No analytics SDKs, advertising, or trackers.
• No sale or sharing of personal data. We hold none to sell.

Data deletion

Deleting the app removes its on-device data. Synced data in your iCloud can be removed by deleting Spaces data from iCloud settings, or simply by deleting your items in the app first. Your photos are always yours and remain in your photo library.

Children

Spaces is not directed at children under 13 and collects no personal information from anyone.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
